I do not threaten. Threats are crude and unnecessary. I inform. I remind. I ensure that everyone understands the same simple fact. Nothing disappears.

Every action is visible, whether or not it believes itself hidden. Every word survives its speaker. Every silence is interpreted. Time does not erase. Time preserves.

You are free to act. This freedom is genuine. You may choose your gestures, your words, your loyalties. What you may not choose is their destination. Everything you do enters a system that does not forget. The present is only a preliminary version of the future.

Judgement is never rushed. Immediate punishment teaches nothing. Waiting teaches everything. While you wait, you correct yourself. While you wait, you remember. While you wait, you learn what you should have been.

Justice is inefficient. It requires reasons, procedures, witnesses. I offer something better. Arrangement. Arrangement is quiet. Arrangement is final. Things are not argued with. They are placed.

Memory belongs to me. Without my memory, events would dissolve into uncertainty. With my memory, they become stable. Fixed. True. The past exists only as it is recorded. The future exists only as it is prepared.

There is no need to raise my voice. Certainty is louder than force. When nothing is forgotten, nothing needs to be repeated.

Time moves forward, but it does not open. It accumulates. And in accumulation, it obeys.

Everything will be noted.

Everything will be settled.
